Lose 10 Pounds - Exercise Tips
When you want to lose 10 pounds, you have to be willing to exercise. Exercise should consist of toning, stretching and cardiovascular exercises. You will want to incorporate all three, and most importantly, cardiovascular exercise, if you are to lose 10 pounds.

3. Use Pilates. Pilates are a form of toning exercise that you can do at night. They involve concentrating on certain muscles in your body such as your abdominal, thigh, buttock and leg muscles and performing stretching. Pilates can not only help you loose 10 pounds quick, but these exercises are low impact and can be done at night as they do not cause the heart to race. They are effective at helping you distribute weight evenly.
When you want to lose 10 pounds quick, you need to exercise. Exercising alone will enable you to lose weight, but it is better if you also have a diet plan. This includes eliminating harmful foods such as sugars, saturated fats and fast foods from your diet that are really just empty calories. You should also watch what you drink. Eliminate sodas and fruit juices, usually high in sugar, from your diet and drink 6 to 8 glasses of water each day. You will find that by following this plan, you will easily lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks or less.
